WARRANTY
We are exceptionally proud of the quality and reliability of our bidets. Our innovative technology was tested and proven to work in different markets and is very common in Japan and Korea. We partner only with the best manufacturers that can deliver the highest quality and we can confidently state, that our products have been made to last. We offer a free 2-year limited warranty on all our products, no exceptions. All our Eko JetWave products are inspected and rigorously tested. They will perform at their best with proper installation, regular care and moderate (non-commercial) usage. In a very unlikely situation of product performance failure, please connect with us by any means and we will assist you promptly.
RETURN POLICY
We have introduced an exceptional 60-day trial for all purchases made directly from us, meaning you can try our product, and see how the washing works for your daily routine. If you are not delighted, ship it back to us within the 60-day trial period and we will refund your money. It's as simple as that.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.

SHIPPING POLICY
We providing free shipping to all Canadian provinces and the continental US . Delivery times vary by each province and usually takes 2-7 days to for delivery and for the US up to 3 weeks. We use expedited parcel service by Canada Post and will be supplying each customer with a tracking number. We handle and ship most of our orders on the same or the next day after the order is received.
